Pastor's aid program will be Saturday, April 8, at 6:30 p.m. at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church of the city. Everyone is welcome. Sis. Sheree Hendrix, Sis. Mary Ann Anderson, vice president. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor.

Family and friends day program is planned for Sunday, April 9, starting at 2:30 p.m. at Rising Star Baptist Church in Hope. Rev. Jessie Radford, pastor. Everyone is welcome to attend. Special guest will be New Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Gurdon, with their pastor Rev. Quintin Radford, speaking.

The officers and members of the Roanoke Baptist Church of Greenville community will celebrate their pastor and his wife, Rev. and Mrs. Troy Hearn, and family sixth pastor's anniversary Sunday, April 16, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guests will be St. Ruth Baptist Church of Gum Springs. Their pastor, Rev. Charlie Thomas, will be the speaker.

The officers and members of First Memorial Church of God in Christ will celebrate their pastor and his wife, Elder and Sis. Paul Williams, pastor's anniversary on Sunday, April 9, at 2:30 p.m. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Eld. Paul Williams, pastor.

The third Sunday night fellowship singing will convene with St. Clair Baptist Church Sunday, April 16, at 6:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Bro. Roosevelt House and Bro. Leodis Lyons are in charge. Rev. L.B. Beard, pastor

The planning group for the Welch family reunion will be meeting April 15 at 6:00 p.m. in the home of Winfred and Margret Burton in Gurdon.

Men's day program will be held Sunday, April 16, at Providence Baptist Church in Hope. Everyone is welcome to attend. Special guest will be New Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Gurdon. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor, will be speaking at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Johnny Jones is the pastor of Providence.

Rev. and Mrs. Spencer Hughes and daughters of El Dorado and his mother in-law, Mrs. Belinda Gentry, of Gurdon presented a special at the Sunday services of New Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Bible study will be held every Thursday at 12:00 noon at Bethel A.M.E. Church of Gurdon. Rev. Betty Gulley, pastor. Everyone is welcome to attend.

There will be a fellowship program Sunday, April 9, at 3:00 p.m. at Bethel A.M.E. Church. Rev. Betty Gulley, pastor. Everyone is encouraged to attend. Special guest attending will be Claybourn Chapel A.M.E. Church of Spring Hill community. Rev. H.R. Parhams, pastor and speaker.

Choir night will be Sunday, April 29, at 7:30 p.m. at Bethel A.M.E. Church of Gurdon. Rev. Betty Gulley, pastor. All choirs and churches are invited.
