Accident Kills Two At Emmet Railroad CrossingPHOTO BY RICKY RAGSDALEPublished Wednesday, March 29, 2000 in the Nevada County Picayune ACCIDENT KILLS TWO - This is the front end of the 1987 Chevrolet Cavalier that was struck by a train at the elm Street Crossing in Emmet on Saturday, March 25. Killed were 34-year-old Deanna Keough and her three-month-old daughter Jada. In all, four people died in 16 hours in three separate accidents over the weekend in Nevada County.
