April 1 Is Deadline For Babe Ruth RegistrationPublished Wednesday, March 29, 2000 in the Gurdon TimesSaturday, April 1, will be sign-up day and tryouts for all children, ages 13-15, who are interested in playing junior Babe Ruth baseball this summer. Sign-up will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the Cabe Field. A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign your child's form. A $30 fee for the season must be paid at this time. Tryouts will be held immediately after the sign-up, also at the ball field. For further information call Gary Plyler at 353-4466 or 353-6107.
