Because of Memorial Day and my forgetfulness, I was left out last week.

Wayne Zumwalt and family from Bentonville and David and Menea Zumwalt from Little Rock spent several days with their parents and grandmother, Faye, Bob and Nancy Zumwalt.

Eddie and Bettie Hillery hosted a Memorial Day trail ride at their camp here in the Redland community. About 25 attended.

Neil and I spent Wednesday in Texarkana to be with our son-in-law, Tim Wilson, who underwent his third surgery.

Cathy, Larry, John and Ashley Smart and a friend, Ashley, from Lowlett, Texas, spent Memorial weekend with Cathy's parents, Bobby, Sophie, Junior and Randy Taylor and her sister and brother-in-law and their children, Corina, Jerry, Sarah and Shelbi Booker.

Mike Menendez and family from Michigan recently visited his grandmother, Donnie Rinkle.

George and Joy Cox had all their kids visiting on Memorial Day: Louise Willis, Lisa, Kyle and Caley Pennington, Gary and Gaywyn Golden from Murfreesboro, Grant and Gee Gee from Hope and a friend of Grant's, also from Murfreesboro.

Brent, Linda and Jermiah Burley spent the weekend with their grandmother, Thais McLelland.

Our grandson, Casey, from Ol' Miss visited us on Memorial Day weekend and he went on to Texarkana to visit his mother, Betty, and Tim Wilson.

Darren, Kristi and Emilee Neal had as their guests over he weekend, his mother and stepfather, Albert and Peggy Roedel, from Jonesboro.

Four of our Redland girls were featured in the dance recital at Prescott High School on Saturday night. They were Shelby Cottingham, Josie Neimeyer and Sarah and Shelbi Booker.

Jack and Ruby Bidwell from Farmington, N.M., have been visiting Frances Bidwell and other friends and relatives here.
