Cunninghams Set CelebrationPublished Wednesday, March 8, 2000 in the Nevada County PicayuneIn celebration of their 50th anniversary Margaret and Jack Cunningham of Gilmer, Texas, are being honored with a reception on Saturday, March, 18 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Big Sandy, Texas. New Hope Church is between Big Sandy and Gilmer on Highway 155. Mr. Cunningham grew up around Hope. They lived and worked most of their married life in the greater Dallas area. He retired from Zale Corporation home headquarters of Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. Mrs. Cunningham grew up and went to high school at Prescott. She was the former Margaret Crain. Her parents were Boyd and Edna Crain of Prescott. She retired from Las Colinas Federal Credit Union in Irving, where she was manager of new accounts and members services. They were married in the living room of her family's home on March 18, 1950. They have four children: -David Randel Cunningham and his wife Catherine who live in Bartlett, Tenn., and who have four children: Rachel Dawn, who is married to Robert Hewitt of Memphis, Tenn., and they have three little boys, William, Jacob and Tyler; Court David Cunningham and Nichole Cunningham, who attend Wheaton University of Chicago, Ill., where they are juniors; and Rhiannon, who lives and works in Bartlett, Tenn. -Renea Cunningham White, who is married to Alan White, formerly of Waterloo, Iowa. They live in Auxvasse, Mo., and work in Columbia, Mo. -Brian Cunningham and Mark Cunningham, who both live in Gilmer and work in Longview, Texas. Friends and family are invited to the celebration.
