Two Emmet Men Face Residential Burglary ChargesBY JOHN MILLERPublished Wednesday, March 1, 2000 in the Nevada County Picayune Two Emmet men face charges of residential burglary. According to Wayne Kisselburg, criminal investigator with the Nevada County Sheriff's Office, David Cox, 30, of Emmet, and Charles Wilson, 38, also of Emmet, broke into the homes of Fred Harris, of Emmet, and Joy Wallace, of Rosston. Kisselburg said the two reportedly took jewelry, cash and women's clothing from the two homes. They gained entry by going through a window in the houses and left the same way. The burglaries occurred Monday, Feb. 21. The crimes were discovered when the victims returned home from work Monday evening.
