Henderson, Hiett To Wed March 18thPublished Wednesday, March 1, 2000 in the Gurdon TimesDr. and Mrs. Lee Henderson of Rogers announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Erica Leigh, to Joseph Ross Hiett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hiett of Little Rock. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Spencer Hatley of Long Beach, N.C., and the late Mr. Hatley, the late Mrs. Helen Henderson of Mena and Whit Henderson of Mont Clair, Calif. She is a graduate of Hendrix University and the University of Arkansas Medical School. She is presently performing residency work in psychiatry at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ross of Fordyce and Mrs. Mavadine Hiett Caldwell of Little Rock and the late Brinkley Hiett of Gurdon. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and is presently employed with Social Security Disability, also in Charleston.
