College NewsPublished Wednesday, June 16, 1999 in the Gurdon TimesLori Thomas, Nolona Edwards and Nikki Schee of Gurdon have made the chancellor's list at the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope for the spring semester. A student must have at least a 3.75 grade point average to be listed on the chancellor's list. On the dean's list from Gurdon are Michael McBride, Melissa Bruce and Lori Hathcoat. A student must have at least a 3.25 grade point average to be listed on the dean's list. Heather Nancy Campbell was among the 389 students to receiver her degree from Union University in Jackson, Tenn., for the spring semester. Her major was physical education.
