William Wayne Ellis

William Wayne Ellis, 62, of Gurdon died Friday, January 28, 2000.

Mr. Ellis was retired as field supervisor for the Bruton Service Company. He was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include his wife, Billie Ellis of Gurdon; four sons, Kelly of Seminole, Texas, William Wayne Jr. and Jeff both of Malvern and Guy Ellis of Gurdon; two daughters, Dickie of Alvin, Texas, and Angie of Malvern; mother, Alma Ellis of Gurdon; two brothers, Tommy Ellis of Gurdon and Ronnie Ellis of Malvern; four sisters, Louise Gage and Alma Jean McCauley both of Malvern, Diane Snyder of Hot Springs and LaVerne Dyer of Gurdon; 11 grandchildren; and one adopted granddaughter.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 1, in Horne Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Rose Hedge Cemetery under the direction of Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon.
