Community NewsJERINE HATLEYPublished Wednesday, January 26, 2000 in the Gurdon Times Section one meeting and fifth Sunday singing will convene with New Bethel Baptist Church near Arkadelphia January 28-31. Everyone is welcome. Pre-musical Friday night at 7:00 with division A in charge. Rev. C.W. Harris, president of Section One, Bro. Lawrence Guinn, president of singing chorus, Sis. Ethel Harris, president of Section One W.M.U., Sis. Delorus Hodge, president of Southwest W.M.U. Rev. Mawse, host pastor, Dr. C.K. Yarber, moderator. The Clark County Section One meeting and fifth Sunday singing will convene with Shady Grove Baptist Church in Berine January 28-30. Everyone is welcome. Pre-musical Friday night at 7:00. Bro. Roosevelt House and Bro. H.C. McCawley is in charge. Rev. Gregory Marshall, moderator. Odray Anderson is reported to be doing better. Amy Giles shows improving health also.
