RedlandHazel MeeksPublished Wednesday, January 19, 2000 in the Nevada County Picayune My news is nearly all deaths and sympathy to the families who have lost loved ones. Jerri Haynie, wife of George Howard Haynie, was buried at Liberty Church of the Nazarene on Thursday. Her mother-in-law, Glendene Haynie, was buried about two weeks ago. Nell Jobe Husky, wife of Buck Husky was buried in Caney on the 12th, and Charles Stuart, husband of Glenda, had his service on Thursday. My husband Neil's brother, Doyle, died in Longview, Texas, and had his funeral at Rader Funeral Home on the 8th of January. They then brought him to Proctor in Camden with burial in Chidester Cemetery on Monday at 10 a.m. Our grandson, Chris, from Dallas came in for his Uncle Doyle's funeral. The family truly thanks the good crowd who attended the funeral from Shady Grove Baptist Church. Nell Nash visited her two daughters in Murfreesboro on Monday. The daughters she visited were Brenda and Cynthia, but I must say the most important one was her great grandbaby. Bill Ridling is spending a few days with his family and over seeing the beautiful home he is building. We welcome Mr. and Mrs. Robert Morrow into their beautiful new home in our community. Jerry, Rhonda and Billie Ridling spent Monday in Mississippi attending a friend's funeral. While there they visited Al and Peggy Butrick.
