We are having unusual weather even for Arkansas.

Terry and Boletta Crabtree of Ft. Worth, Texas, spent the weekend here with her family. Boletta's birthday was January 15. Her brother, Herbie, had a birthday on the 16th. Herbie's granddaughter, Ashley Beak, had a birthday on January 18, so they all celebrated their birthdays together with other members of the family and lots of food.

Willie and I enjoyed having our son, Willie Hugh, spend Tuesday night. We also enjoyed having Herbie Ridgell and Joe and Lucy Heath visit us during the week.

Chloe Orren's pastor, Bro. Jerry Smith, and her son, Everett, and his wife, Mary, visit her during the week.

Mary Ann Lucas, T.J. Glass of Henderson State University and Kathleen and Danny Hook visited Cathrine Hooks and Mae Blount during the weekend.

Everett and Mary Orren visited Fate House of Powderly, Texas, and spent Monday night with him.

Words has been received here that Sue McGlone, formerly of Prescott, is seriously ill. Her friend, Maxine Nistendirk went to Texas Sunday to see her. She is in a hospital at Tyler, Texas.

Talking to yourself is a good way to stay out of an argument.
