Trail Grant Is AvailablePublished Wednesday, January 19, 2000 in the Gurdon TimesThe Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) has federal funds available for recreational trail development in Arkansas, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.
