Everyone is welcome. Rev. Johnny C. Harris, pastor. Rev. B.F. Smith of Little Rock will be the speaker. The third Sunday night fellowship singing will convene with Eastern Star Baptist Church in Smithton Jan. 16 at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Bro. Roosevelt House and Bro. Leodis Lyons in charge. Rev. Marshall Allen, pastor. Annual youth program will be Saturday, Jan. 22, at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Monticello at 6:00 p.m. Special guest will be New Mt. Zion Baptist youth. Rev. Quintin Radford, pastor and speaker. Everyone is welcome. The W.M.U. of Section One will have their meeting Jan. 18 at 6:00 p.m. at Mt. Friendship Baptist Church of Curtis, asking all ladies to be present. Sis. Ethel Harris is president of W.M.U. Rev. Louis Jones, pastor. Debra Stafford of Hot Springs and Lori Stafford of Arkadelphia visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Stafford, of Greenville over the weekend. Mary Cook and Jerine Hatley visited Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Stafford last Wednesday and enjoyed their turnip greens. The family of Mrs. Mary Hunter has returned home after attending the funeral of their brother, Billy Hunter, last Monday. Odray Anderson is still in the hospital and reported to be doing fair. Revival services are in session this week at New Beginning Church of Prescott. Everyone is welcome to come by at 7:30 p.m. nightly. Rev. Herbert Adams, pastor. Mrs. Stephanie Radford, first lady of New Mt. Zion, celebrated with the senior citizens of the church and their escorts at a delicious dinner Saturday night in the home economics building in Prescott. Everyone enjoyed the games and videos that were played at this very lovely occasion. Pastor Radford, Eluara Gatlin, Sandra White and Barbara Dickens hosted the dinner. Door prizes were also given.
