Marjorie Nell Ware East

Marjorie Nell Ware East, 72, of Rosston entered into eternal rest Mon., Dec. 13, 1999, at Hillcrest Care and Rehab Center in Prescott.

Mrs. East was born September 25, 1927, in Nevada County. She was a loving wife and mother. Prior to her illness, she was an active member of Union Baptist Church at Bodcaw and taught Sunday school for a number of years.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jesse Harmon Ware, her mother, Adra Othella Fincher; her husband, Clyde Tillman East, one infant son, Roger Dale Jarvis, one brother, Otis Ware, one sister, Pansey West, and one infant sister, Jessie Mae Ware.

Survivors include three daughters, Gloria Rouse of Bella Vista; Cheryl Olds of Great Falls, Mo., and Shelia Daniel of Rosston; two sons, Bo Jarvis of Conroe, Texas, and Bill East of Rosston; four sisters, Helen Franks of Little Rock, Peggy Kite of Ashdown and Pat Lavendar and Joan Bobo of Shover Springs; two brothers, James Ware of Texarkana and Bobby Ware of Bodcaw; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

Services were Thurs., Dec. 16, at Bluff Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Brown and Rev. Jerry Evans officiating. Burial was in Mt. Moriah Cemetery under the direction of Herndon Funeral Home of Hope.
