Merry Christmas to everyone.

The Elsie Elmore family had their Christmas get together Saturday night at the home of Pete and Cathryn Jester and Jimmy Joe. Those attending were: Malvern, Lou and Steve Elmore, Martha and Bouch Allison, Tommy, Helen, India, Criss and Kelli Elmore, Helen, Mike and Tooter Martin, Denise Stubbs, Theresa and Courtney, Darlene and Breanna Young, Allen Nell and Zane Elmore, Harvey, Kim Allison, Missy Malone and Billy O'Rourke, Willie Mae Wood and two of her granddaughters.

Paul and Robbin Ridgell spent a couple of days in Fort Worth visiting Baletta and Terry Crabtree. Herbie Ridgell, Kay Wren and Margo Green are also spending the weekend with Baletta and Terry Crabtree. This was a get together for Dick and Doris Ridgell's children.

Jackie and Georgia Johnson of Morris, Ill., are spending some time with Mildred Johnson. They are planning for the Johnson (5 generations) to all be together the 24th of December to celebrate Christmas and Mildred's 90th birthday.

Brenda Hickey (granddaughter of Mae Blount) and her children visited Mae during the weekend.

We are sorry to hear Steve Garner, son of Lyndal and Dorothy Garner is in intensive care in a Little Rock hospital. He is having some heart problems.

Willie and I got a nice surprise Sunday afternoon, when Lisa Pennington's Sunday school class brought us a nice basket of goodies. Trent Cox, Ross Pilgreen, Garrett Crellin, Kristi Louis, Kyle Pennington all came to give us this nice gift.

Most everyone I call for news is getting ready for a family Christmas.

Mark Shelton visited his grandmother, Syble Brown recently.

God is the greatest giver. Jesus is the greatest gift.
