Brody Joyce Is Part Of USTPA Penning Champ

Brody Joyce, 13-year-old son of Danny Joyce and Jami Powell recently received 1999 National Team Penning Championship at the USTPA finals.

The finals were held the week of November 1-6 at Wichita Falls, Texas.

Joyce and his teammates, Kyle Hammercka and Courtney Williams, had the best overall time in the junior youth division. They each won a Circle Y saddle, $300 and a 1999 championship youth jacket.

Joyce is the grandson of Danny and Claudine Joyce of Sulpher Springs, Texas, formerly of Prescott, and Joan and the late Jim Woody of Greenwood.
