Decorations Taken

Published Wednesday, December 15, 1999 in the Gurdon Times

Christmas decorations erected by the City of Gurdon were taken either Saturday or Sunday, Dec. 4-5, and have been recovered by the GPD.

The decorations were taken from City Hall and the median on Main Street near the Hoo Hoo Museum.

They include a wire frame lighted angel, a wooden hand painted nativity scene, two wooden reindeer and a Santa Claus. These items were valued at $680. All, though, have been recovered and replaced in their original locations.
