Purifoy and WilderPublished Wednesday, November 24, 1999 in the Gurdon TimesThe Purifoy and Wilder families enjoyed a Thanksgiving reunion Sat., Nov. 20, at the Church of God. There were 39 people in attendance. They were Buster and Ollie Mae Purifoy, Alfred and Evelyn Wilder, J.C. and Joyce Wilder, Pauline and James Jester, Douglas Purifoy, Mary Jane and Gary Marshall, James and Donna Wilder, Janet and Dennis Toland and Jimmy Purifoy. Also attending were Chris and Amy Newton, Doug Purifoy Jr. and Tracy, Tera and Brodey Purifoy, Steven Purifoy, Jim and Karen Jones, Ryan and Taylor Norman, Jake Jones, Kara Hurst, Katelan Toland, Robin, Keith, Hannah and Ashley Jester, Keith and Shannon Prell, Kenneth and Debra Jester and Alesia Marshall. The family enjoyed a delicious Thanksgiving feast. Later several men played their guitars and sang songs. The children enjoyed a trip to the park with Robin and Keith Jester.
