Raymond And Phena Hicks Celebrate Wedding AnniversaryPublished Wednesday, June 23, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneElder Raymond and Phena Hicks will celebrate their wedding anniversary with a reception on Saturday, June 26, from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the Cale Community Building. The couple were married June 19, 1948, by Elder H.G. Burch in Prescott. The reception, which had been planned for their 50th anniversary, was postponed due to an illness in the family. The couple's parents are the late M.H and Effie Ellen Hicks and the late Harl Lee and Maude White Glass. They have three children, Gary and Paul Hicks and Sandra Hicks Brown; seven grandchildren; and one great grandson. All friends and family have a cordial invitation to attend.
