College NewsPublished Wednesday, November 24, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneNeKina Adair, a 1999 graduate or Nevada High School, has been awarded a technical scholarship at the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope. The scholarship is based on an ACT score and grade point average plus a recommendation from a school official. Adair is the daughter of Linda Adair of Waldo. She will be pursuing a degree in business accounting. Rachael Dougan, who will graduate next May from Prescott High School, has been awarded an academic scholarship at the University of Arkansas Community College in Hope. The scholarship is based on an ACT score and grade point average plus a recommendation from a school official. Dougan is the daughter of Tim and Jan Dougan of Prescott.
