We have some good news and some bad news this week. Bad news, Bro. Tal Webb had an accident Sunday afternoon on Highway 299. It tore up is truck pretty bad. Good news, Bro. Tal was not seriously injured, but he was beginning to feel the effect of his wreck as he left church after the evening service.

Members of Morris Church wrapped care packages for our missionary in Russia Sunday after evening service.

Bobby Lunsford celebrated his birthday Sunday. Wife, Wanda, helped him serve cake to everyone after the packages were wrapped.

Abram Loe spent Sunday with his brother, Junior, and Ann. They attended our morning church service.

Dennis Hicks is making a business trip with a friend to England and Scotland this week.

Bro. Bryant and Betty of Chidester visited Bro. Junior and Ann Loe Sunday afternoon.

J.W. and Maxine Glass had lunch with son, Jackie, and his family in Magnolia Sunday after church.

Marcia Rhodes will be the coordinator of our float for the Christmas parade this year. She says she would welcome ideas and help.

Lucy Glass and Sidney Steed ate lunch with Bobby and Wanda Lunsford Sunday after church.

Janice Callicott, Phyllis and Cyril Stewart, Amy and Emily Sweat and Brandon Lee Smith from Wickes ate supper with me Saturday. Emily was all excited over having killed her first deer.
