Happy Thanksgiving to all. Get the turkey and all the trimmings ready.

Lola Allen came from the hospital to visit her son Ken for a few days. She is doing much better.

Marie Tye spent a few days in El Dorado with the Spencers. She came home Wednesday.

Maire Allen is to have eye surgery in Camden on Monday.

There was a youth fellowship at the church on Saturday night. Then we packed shoe boxes full of stuff to send to needy children overseas.

Walker Flowers spent Saturday night and Sunday with Dickie, Marilyn and Russ Carlton.

Maryanna Dorman had all five of her grandkids with her in church.

Bill Vines passed away Saturday. Services were Tuesday in Hope with burial in Little Bodcaw Cemetery. Remember all our sick and grieved.

Elsie Lewis of Waldo spent the weekend with Norris Daniels. Tammy Daniels and Union Hill singers went to Warren and sang there where Tammy's family attends church. They were visiting them.

Mrs. Nettie Bowman is improving some, but is still in a Little Rock hospital.

The weatherman is talking about rain. Sure hope they are right.
