Safety Workshop AttendedPublished Wednesday, November 17, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneSteve Britton, principal of Prescott High School, recently completed two comprehensive days of training on making schools safer. The School Safety Summit was presented by The Nawojczyk Group of North Little Rock. Sessions included an in-depth analysis of the Westside school shooting in Jonesboro. "The practical application of techniques learned at this conference will benefit the schools and communities of every course participant," said Steve Nawojczyk, the former coroner of Little Rock. "This is one of the on-going series of relevant training in issues related to the safety of our children presented by our group."
