Redland EHCPublished Wednesday, November 10, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneRedland Extension Homemakers Club met Tuesday, November 2, in the home of Mary Cox. Marie McNeeley read the collect and the devotional was given by Mary Cox. Minutes were read and approved. A Christmas party was discussed and it was decided that the club will have a luncheon on December 7 at Western Sizzlin. Mary Cox presented to the members a most interesting program on the history of Nevada County. Refreshment were enjoyed by 15 members present. Articles dated December 1981 through May 2001 were contributed by Ragsdale Printing Company, Inc. Articles June 2001 to ? were contributed by Better Built Group, Inc. Articles ? to October 2008 were contributed by GateHouse Media. Ownership of all Nevada County Picayune content from the beginning of the newspaper, including predecessors, until May 2001 was contributed by the John and Betty Ragsdale family to the Prescott Community Freenet Association.
