Syble E. Robbins

Syble E. Robbins, 78, died Wed., Oct. 27, 1999, at Heather Manor South Nursing Home in Hope.

Mrs. Robbins was born February 20, 1921, in Piggott to Ralph Lonzo and Leona Wright Stahl. She was a homemaker and was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church near Gurdon. Mrs. Robbins was preceded in death by one son, Buddy Robbins, who died in January, and by one grandson, Randy Robbins.

Survivors include her husband, Prentice Robbins of Gurdon; two daughters and sons-in- law, Jan and Calvin Danner of Gulman, Ala., Malinda and Thomas Osborn of Hope; two sons, Bob and his wife Betty Robbins of Gurdon and Bill Robbins of Hope; one sister, Ella Chapman of Water Valley, Miss; 17 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.

Graveside services and burial were held Friday, October 29, at Easley Cemetery near Gurdon with Rev. Neal Ridling officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Brazzel- Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope.
