The opening of the new recycling and work center is in full swing. These doors opened up opportunities for all of the Nevada County Day Service Center's adults.

On a daily basis the work center offers contract work, as well as a recycling center. Items may be dropped off at the new location, 314 East Second South, formerly the Arkla Gas building.

A news release stated the Nevada County Recycle and Work Center appreciates all the contributions to the program. "Please help us to continue to make this project strive to be a success for the individuals we serve," the release said.
