For Nevada School Scholarship Fund

The Nevada School United Scholarship Fund, Inc., is sponsoring a three on three basketball tournament on Friday, November 3 for youth and women and Saturday, November 4 for men, at the Nevada High School gym in Rosston.

Registration will begin on November 3 at 6:00 p.m. with games starting at 6:30 for youth and women and November 4 at 8:00 a.m. with games starting at 9:00 a.m. for the men.

This will be a double elimination contest consisting of youth -- 12 and under, youth -- 13 and 14, women -- 14 and over, and men -- 15 and over.

The women's and youth divisions will receive t-shirts to all entries; and trophies and cash prizes will go to the winning teams: youth -- $25 and women -- $50.

The men's division of 15 and over will receive $250 to the winnng team and $150 to the second place team. This division will also receive t- shirts to all entries and trophies to the winning team.

Entry fees will be $35 per team for all divisions except the men's, which will be $40 per team. You can preregister by calling 871-2792 (after 6:00 p.m.) or by mailing your name, team name, address and phone number to: Above The Rim, P.O. Box 5, Rosston, AR 71858.
