Nevada Homecoming Thurs.

Nevada High School's homecoming will be held Thursday, November 2. Coronation ceremonies begin at 4:30 p.m.

The Nevada Blue Jays will be playing the Mt. Holly Hornets beginning with the junior girls game at 5:30 followed by the senior boys, then the senior girls.

This year's queen is Tomeka Muldrow.

The maids are Kelli Brazell, Nakeyema Dockery, Penny Sherman and Amber Ward -- 12th grade; Dilesha Easter and Kristi Patton -- 11th grade; Shanika Allen and Amber Glass -- 10th grade; Claudette Moss and Lori O'Keefe -- ninth grade; Alexis Madison and Melissa Niemeyer -- eighth grade; and Alexis Banks and Dana Radford -- seventh grade.
