Bobby Joe Martin Is President-Elect of Home Builders Assn.

Don Blair, a West Memphis homebuilder, has been elected president of the 1,900-member-firm Arkansas Home Builders Association.

Blair is the owner of Blair Construction in West Memphis.

Bobby Joe Martin of Prescott has been elected president-elect. Martin is the owner of Martin Builders of Prescott.

Other 1996 officers will be secretary-treasurer, Roy Treat of Sherwood; area vice presidents Don Butler of West Mamphis, Ronnie Rouse of Fort Smith, Greek Miller of Conway, Lori Stewart of Arkadelphia, Susan Smith of Little Rock and Mark Marquess of Fayetteville; national representative Alan Crider of Siloam Springs; and associate vice president Erner Jones of Little Rock.
