Lewis Thompson III

Lewis E. Thompson III, M.D., 46, of Little Rock, formerly of Prescott, died Thursday, December 28, 1995, of a heart attack.

Born in Little Rock, he was a graduate of Hall High School before graduating from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1971. He then graduated from the University of Arkansas Medical Science School in 1975 becoming a family practice physician. He was a member of the Arkansas and American Medical Association and was a Presbyterian.

Survivors include two daughters, Patirica Claire and Elizabeth Ann Thompson, both of Prescott; and two sisters, Toss Worthington and Joy Sallee Thompson, both of Little Rock.

Graveside services were held Saturday, December 30, at Roselawn Cemetery with Rev. Robert Graham officiating. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
