Maida F. SmithPublished Wednesday, January 10, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneMaida F. Smith, 85, of Kansas City, Mo., died Wednesday, January 3, 1996, at her home. Born January 8, 1910, in Nevada County, she was a resident of Nevada County until 1954 when she moved to Kansas City. She was the widow of Hobert Smith and was preceded in death by a son, George Smith. Survivors include four daughters, Norma Harris of Kansas City, Mo., Margaret Barham of Cale, Mary Ann Stewart of Prescott and Judy Cook of Alvin, Texas; a son, Richard Smith of Texarkana; 12 grandsons; 10 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
