Ira Lou Coleman Long visited Mary Cross Tuesday evening, also Louis Dillard and his wife. Visiting Lois Piggee was Ruth Paden Ingram. Angela Whitecotton of Little Rock visited her grandmother, Marie McKelvy, last week. Also Sophie Taylor visits her mother and Lucy Taylor everyday. Shirley Brown and David from Mt. Holly visited Lois Presson, also her son Jerry Presson, along with Mrs. Jim Cross and her mother from Rosston. Visiting Delcia Sockwell were Cora and Lurene Hopson. Elizabeth Vanderveer and Virginia Scott from Gurdon visited Mozelle Gill on Sunday. Mrs. Eva Jones had out of town guests, her son, Glynn Jones, and his wife from Hoffman Estates Ill., also Paul and Shirley Bowen from Texas. Charlie Erhart visited his wife, Betty Erhart. Those having birthdays last week were Tillman Thompson, June 23, and Carolyn Gilbert, June 29. We do wish them well. Visiting Mariah Burks were her son, Richard Burks, and family and Ruthie Lee of Crossett and Lucie Dean from Utah. Delmer Egger visited his wife, Tabitha Egger. Visiting Gladys Hawley were Mr. and Mrs. Olen Lee and friends from the church. Kenny and Lynn Fomby are faithful visitors to his mother, Edna Fomby. Bert Marsh's son, Rod Marsh, visited her this week. Visiting Floyd Piercy was his daughter almost everyday. Also his grandson, Lynn Peck, visited him. Sue Buie, daughter of Esther Reese, visited her the past week. Mr. and Mrs. Hes Thomas had as visitors, Ruth Kirk and her daugher Judy. Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Dillard and grandchildren, Trenton and Jena, from Rosston spent Tuesday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louie Dillard. Mrs. Arlene Willis from Hope spent Wednesday with her mother, Annie Burk. Richard Key from Gurdon spent Wednesday and Friday with his wife, Mary Key. Peggy Harman from Pine Bluff visited her father, Noel Cummings, and other relatives Sunday. Jim Hambright from Beaumont, Texas, and Paul Hambright visited their Aunt Estelle Yancey Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Yancey from Tyler, Texas, and Louise Ingram visited Edith Hughes. Virginia Scott visited Bert Marsh this week. Floyd Dougan and daughter from Hope and Louise Barksdale visited Gladys Hawley. Jo Wells, one of our RN's, got some good news about her grandson, Ricky Clinton, of Oldham County, Ky. He received a scholarship for baseball. He hit a record of .500 and his slugging of .875.
