Guy DanielPublished Wednesday, January 17, 1996 in the Nevada County PicayuneGuy O. Daniel, 85, of Prescott died Saturday, January 13, 1996, in Medical Park Hospital in Hope. Born November 12, 1910, in DeLeon, Texas, he was a self-employed logging contractor, a Primitiave Baptist and was preceded in death by a son, Hillard Daniell. Survivors include his wife, Ohel Daniell of Prescott; three daughters, Lauvenia Hinson of Little Rock and Myra Peachey and Joyce Martin, both of Prescott; three sisters, Clara Mae Carter of Clarendon, Texas, Laoice `Ted' Carter of Sherman, Texas, and Mavis Loe of Lake of the Pines, Texas; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. Services were held Monday, January 15, at Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home chapel in Prescott with Rev. Raymond Hicks officiating.
